Kwambio’s 3D printed products are made of two materials that was invented in their own laboratory: a clay-based porcelain and a glass-based additive. Both materials are ideal for a multitude of applications and are perfect for prototypes, final products, molds for metal and slip casting.

The additive is produced with fine ceramic powder, which is bound together with a binder, fired, glazed with a lead-free non-toxic finish and fired again. Complies with food safety standards watertight and recyclable heatproof to 500ºC / 932ºF degrees but not dishwasher safe perfect for a wide variety of products in homewares, décor and engineering.


In 2018 we launched our very own 3D-printing material — Kwambio’s glass-based opaque powder perfect for products with intricate and fluid shapes that you can never make out of ceramics suitable for decorative items like candle and penholders, desk organizers, piggy banks, refrigerator magnets, complex art objects, vases for dry flowers and this is just a few examples of many different objects that we can produce using it can be used for slip casting doesn’t need firing and is ready for show straight after printing shrinkage is 0% so the process of getting what you desire is much quicker in relation to ceramic printing.

Limitations : GS ONE is not waterproof (yet), doesn’t do well when exposed to open fire or excessive heat. Also, we do not recommend the material to have contact with food.

Heat Resistance Materials

This heat resistant material for printing molds for metal casting was developed by our Research and Development department exclusively.

Our original recipe contains special ingredients, which allows it to be used to print molds for metal casting at no time compare to traditional methods.

Industries it has application in are aviation, mechanical engineering and alternative energetics.

HRM can be used with aluminium, brass, bronze, silver, gold and other metal alloys at the max temperature of 1600C.

It doesn’t shrink, doesn’t require firing or glazing and has particle size of 50 micron.
